The International Conference on Smart Cities & Applications (SCA'26) is a premier multidisciplinary forum organized by the Mediterranean Association of Sciences and Sustainable Development (Medi-ASD). This edition brings together academia, industry and policy-makers in the UNESCO World Heritage city of Safranbolu, Turkiye, on November 10–12, 2026.
SCA'26 explores the convergence of digital technologies, urban intelligence, and sustainable development to build smarter, more inclusive cities. Spanning AI, IoT, mobility, e-governance and beyond, the conference offers a vibrant setting for presenting cutting-edge research and forging international partnerships.
SCA'26 takes place in Safranbolu — a UNESCO World Heritage site nestled in the heart of Turkey.

SCA'26 invites high-quality original research papers on smart cities, urban intelligence, and related applications.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts of up to 10 pages following the official conference template. Papers must not be under review or accepted elsewhere.
