About SCA'26

The International Conference on Smart Cities & Applications (SCA'26) is a premier multidisciplinary forum organized by Karabük University and the Mediterranean Association of Sciences and Sustainable Development (Medi-ASD). This edition brings together academia, industry and policy-makers at the Karabük University in Karabük, Türkiye, on November 10–12, 2026.

SCA'26 explores the convergence of digital technologies, urban intelligence, and sustainable development to build smarter, more inclusive cities. Spanning AI, IoT, mobility, e-governance and beyond, the conference offers a vibrant setting for presenting cutting-edge research and forging international partnerships.

Call for Papers

SCA'26 invites high-quality original research papers on smart cities, urban intelligence, and related applications.

Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts of up to 8 pages following the official conference template. Papers must not be under review or accepted elsewhere.

  • Similarity check using iThenticate (max 15% overall, 5% single source).
  • Peer review by 2–3 program committee members.
  • Evaluation: originality, technical quality, clarity and impact.
  • Accepted papers included in the conference proceedings.
